Three Caballeros

when looking for visual stimulation in films i harkened back to  childhood and traditional animation.  believe through watching the fantastic creations of Disney it helped mold my creative self into the artist i am. not only am i darkly whimsical in my ideas but i feel that  the emphasis on nostalgia through watching such films is inspiring in itslef. i loved the mix of the vivid colors, cartoon and real weaved through with a vintage glamour and exoticism of the time. I like to critically analyze the hidden undertones of childerns films as well. In the three caballeros, Donald as with the other birds are  actually deeply perversed and being the time when exotic south american women were exploited in hollywood this film picks up sinister undertones of such behavior. its really quite interesting.
